I.F. Man Arrested for Stat Rape
Idaho Falls, ID – Idaho Falls Police arrested 19‐year‐old Dakota J. McClain on a warrant for
statutory rape Monday afternoon.
McClain of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
According to reports, McClain’s arrest stems from a police investigation that began in July. It was
reported to police McClain had sexual relations with a 15‐year‐old Idaho Falls girl.
McClain was arrested at his residence in the 2100 block of Meppen Drive.
