Joseph Lopez, 21, of Chubbuck was arrested for felony drug-manu deliver controlled sub and misdemeanor drug-paraphernalia use/possess. 16-C3291 On 06/16/16 at 19:25 Officers responded to 4240 Yellowstone for a report of a theft.
