A California man was arrested early Sunday morning after he threatened a woman with a knife in Lava Hot Springs.
The incident happened at about 1:15 a.m. at the Blue Moon Bar and Grill in Lava.
Timothy Robert Trevino, 34, of San Bernadine, Calif. is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
According to police reports, Trevino wielded a knife and pushed a female victim causing a small cut on her collar bone. The victim did not require medical attention.
A preliminary hearing in the case was set for June 27 and Trevino was released from jail after posting a $15,000 bond.
