I.F. Man Arrested for DUI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident
Idaho Falls, ID – Idaho Falls Police arrested 19‐year‐old Marcus A. Armstrong for aggravated
driving under the influence and felony leaving the scene of an accident early Sunday morning.
Armstrong of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
According to reports, officers responded to a vehicle crash in the 200 block of Hartert around 2:40
a.m. A 2005 Nissan Altima, driven by Armstrong, sideswiped an unoccupied parked vehicle causing
it to slam into a fence. Armstrong then drove up onto a lawn and collided with a brick wall.
Prior to arrival of police, Armstrong and his 21‐year‐old passenger fled the scene on foot. They
were later found attempting to hide at a residence in the 100 block of East 21st Street.
Armstrong was found to have been under the influence of alcohol.

I.F. Man Arrested for Meth
Idaho Falls, ID – Idaho Falls Police arrested 33‐year‐old Travis I. Waters for felony possession of a
controlled substance following a traffic stop early Saturday morning.
Waters of Idaho Falls was also booked into the Bonneville County Jail for possession of drug
paraphernalia, driving without privileges and failure to maintain vehicle insurance.
According to reports, officers stopped a motorcycle driven by Waters at 13th and Maple around
12:05 a.m. During the stop, Waters was found to have a suspended license. He was also found in
possession of Methamphetamine and a glass pipe.
