RE: Felony drug arrest.
Suspect: Sato, Caden J; 21 of Idaho Falls

Yesterday afternoon at approximately 1230 hours, Bonneville County Sheriff’s Deputies and Idaho Falls Police Officers made contact with 21 year old Caden J. Sato on a traffic stop in the area of 1st St. and Ammon Rd. Sato was the subject of an ongoing drug investigation by the BCSO/IFPD Special Investigations Unit and found to be in possession of just under 3 pounds of marijuana. This resulted in Detectives serving a search warrant on two separate locations, the 500 S. block of 45th E. and the 3000 block of Sandy Dr. where more than 6 pounds of marijuana were seized along with other suspected illegal prescriptions and drugs. Sato was Booked into the Bonneville County Jail for Felony Trafficking Marijuana, several other felony drug charges are pending at this time. Drug activity by Sato and any potential associates is still under investigation at this time.
