(Both Chaffin and Fulbright stole a 96 Chevrolet truck from the parking lot of 716 Yellowstone. A short time later, an officer observed the vehicle and a traffic stop was attempted in the area of 6th and Lewis. A short pursuit ensued and the driver, Chaffin, fled on foot from the vehicle at Main and Benton and was quickly apprehended by officers. The Passenger, Fulbright, remained with the vehicle and was also taken into custody)
